COMMISSION + ADOPT TOS

— You are not permitted to use my work, commission or adopt (regardless of commercial use status) to promote any form of hate speech. I will not depict real world events, any names or events in my stories or characters are all completely coincidental.— I have the right to reject a commission outright, or cancel a commission at any point if I feel I cannot fulfill the request. Refunds applicable for work that is not started, partial refunds for work that is past the sketch phase (you may keep whatever work I had already given you, unless otherwise stated).— Payment Plans are NON REFUNDABLE! You can back out at any time, but any money already sent will not be refunded. (I may offer compensation, but this is on a case by case basis and not a guarantee).— Please pay within 48 hours of my notification of the request being sent. If that isn't possible please inform me as soon as possible. (Zero tolerance if no hold/payment plan is requested for beforehand! I assume it will be up front without delay.)— Failure to pay on time on an agreed upon date for a payment plan, without prior notification, will result in a strike. Three strikes and I will cancel the Payment Plan.— Repeatedly needing an extension for payment plans/holds, especially back to back, even with prior notification, will result in a strike. (This refers to both; needing an extension and then an extension for the extension, and needing an extension, then for the second payment, needing another extension). I do not mind changing the agreed upon dates or amounts after the fact, please do not be afraid to request changes to payment plans if the current one isn't working - especially if there's changes in your work or payment times.— Minimum payment for a Payment Plan is $100 per month, this can be divided as you see fit throughout the month. (If the design is $150 or under, I may have leeway with the $100 Minimum)— Maximum Payment Plan length is 6 Months. 2 months Max for anything worth under $150.— I will accept Payment Plans and Vouchers for Commission work, but will not start until the full price is paid.— You may print out my work at home or with printers provided by your local library or other print seevices, but please DO NOT send it to print onto merchandise, like keychains or card stock prints on websites similar to Vograce without asking me prior! Card stock prints from Staples in store is fine.— A design bought from me can be sold for its price + any the value of commissions bought of them, or the value of your own personal work (priced similar to your own commission prices). If you recieved my design via Gift or Trade, you can only Trade it unless you have added value to it (this includes personal art)— Gifted designs CANNOT be sold without added Value. But CAN be traded even without added value. Without added value a design of mine gotten FOR FREE cannot be traded for a month. (it can be gifted within this cooldown though, this is strictly to avoid anyone attempting to use my work as "fodder")— You can retract your bid on an auction but you must notify me first (DM or in the comments), and @ the previous bidder to notify THEM that they have the highest bid again.— If I accept art trades for adopts/designs for sale, I will not send the design(s) over until the art is finished. (If you are not comfortable with this, I'm okay with being provided a watermarked version first.)— Please do not post any WIPs I send you online. You may share with friends but not the public (unless you ask and I give permission to). Additionally you are not permitted to use a design publicly until it is fully paid for. You're welcome to headcanon privately however.— If you wish to redesign any designs of mine, please contact me first. Generally I will allow it but just want to know beforehand. I do not tolerate my designs being flipped for a profit.— If a design is created with the intent to be a specific gender identity, sexuality or race you any not permitted to change this in any capacity. (Ie. making a trans woman a cis woman or man. Making a lesbian bisexual. Making an albino black character white.) This can also apply to any visible disabilities. (Ie. A design being featured with a cane, wheelchair, prosthetic, feeding tube or hearing aids).— You are not permitted to change the skin tone of ANY of my designs if they have a realistic human skin tone. Subtle changes are fine, and any changes needed for lighting or even colour palette challenges are fine.— Similarly, do not erase textured hair types from any of my designs. You're welcome to give characters alternative styles that feature other textures, but they should not be the primary style. (Ie. A black woman with Afrocentric hair occasional having her hair straightened is fine, but it isn't fine to then exclusivly depict her with straight hair.)

BEFORE YOU FOLLOW ME

— No real DNI - obviously the basics stand, but I know that saying "dont follow me if you're a bad person" isn't gonna stop a bad person from following me.— I unfollow spammers (idc if you upload a million different drawings, I mean people who bump the same adopt batch 20 times a day)— I don't block freely, I really only block people who genuinely disturb me, but I will soft block if you make me uncomfortable in any way— Nothing I have is Auth Only aside from the unwatermarked versions of art on my characters pages.— I don't mind if my things are put into dreamy folders, I actually appreciate it a lot. But please do NOT offer on my ocs if they aren't either in a sale folder, or marked (in title or tag) that they're EO.— I don't do pings lists for my ocs. I can for commissions or when I drop adopts/batches. But not for individual OCs.

This list is solely here for personal public record, those listed have a reason to be - some not as serious as others, most just because they make me incredibly uncomfortable.I have no way to stop you from selling my designs to these people, but if you can - I'd appreciate you not selling to my abusive ex. I don't care otherwise.I have zero tolerance for witch hunting or attacking anyone on this list especially my abusive ex as that is a major safety concern for myself. Anyone found to be doing so anyways will be listed as well.
