Payment

— if paying upfront, please ensure you can pay within 48 hours.
— vouchers (someone else paying on your behalf) are acceptable.
— holds available for no longer than 1 month.
— payment plans available from 2 weeks to 3 months.
— payment plan minimum is $100 each month.
— if bidding in an auction, please do not delete your bid without first notifying me and the person you had previously outbid (if applicable).
— if retracting your bid you then cannot bid on the same design again at a later date.
— please request for holds or payment plans in any bids or claim comments. details will be discussed in DMs.

Refunds

— if I cannot fulfill a commission, I will provide a full, or partial refund, depending on how much work was completed.
— if you request a refund and no longer want the commission, a partial refund will be provided, even if the commission hasn't been started.
— payment plans are non-refundable.

Resale

— if you purchased a design from me directly, you may; gift, trade and resell it for the price you bought it for.
— if you traded for a design from me directly, you may; gift and trade it.
— if you were gifted a design from me directly, you may; gift and trade it.
— you may increase the value of the design, regardless of how you acquired it, if you've; bought commissioned work of the design or drawn the design yourself. please use your own commission prices at the time of drawing to determine worth.
— free art and art from friends shouldn't add the the design value.

Usage

— you are not permitted to use my work - commission or design - to promote any form of hate speech.
— you are not permitted to change the race of any designs I have created that have stated races. this also includes changing the skintone of any designs.
— you are not permitted to change the gender identity or sexuality of any designs I have created that have clear labeling or implications.
— you are not permitted to submit my art to sites such as vograce or other merchandising websites. you can, however personally print out any of my work you like.
— please do not post wips of my work I share with you publicly. you may share them with your friends though privately.
— please contact me about any redesigns or touch ups. this includes turning pre-existing designs into closed species designs.

BEFORE YOU FOLLOW ME

— No real DNI - obviously the basics stand, but I know that saying "dont follow me if you're a bad person" isn't gonna stop a bad person from following me.— I unfollow spammers (idc if you upload a million different drawings, I mean people who bump the same adopt batch 20 times a day)— I don't block freely, I really only block people who genuinely disturb me, but I will soft block if you make me uncomfortable in any way— Nothing I have is Auth Only aside from the unwatermarked versions of art on my characters pages.— I don't mind if my things are put into dreamy folders, I actually appreciate it a lot. But please do NOT offer on my ocs if they aren't either in a sale folder, or marked (in title or tag) that they're EO.— I may do pings lists for my ocs, but may forget. I can for commissions or when I drop adopts/batches.

This list is solely here for personal public record, those listed have a reason to be - some not as serious as others, most just because they make me incredibly uncomfortable.I have no way to stop you from selling my designs to these people, but if you can - I'd appreciate you not selling to my abusive ex. I don't care otherwise.I have zero tolerance for witch hunting or attacking anyone on this list especially my abusive ex as that is a major safety concern for myself. Anyone found to be doing so anyways will be listed as well.
